Helpful staff who accommodate requests.

During my stay, it was quite cold in the room, especially for December. The air conditioning was not very effective at heating and made an obnoxious noise while running, making it hard to sleep. This experience left me frustrated and I expected better considering the hotel's rating.

A shower that lacked consistent pressure needs attention!!! The furniture layout in the room severely hampers usability. WiFi issues were frustrating and badly needs an upgrade!!! Parking could use more covered spaces too.

i had a wonderful experience with a comfy bed and an excellent breakfast spread. The location made it super easy to stroll around and explore beautiful spots like the praca da republica and the grao vasco national museum just a short walk away.

The room was clean, comfortable, and included a lovely balcony. Perfect for relaxing after exploring the area!

Great stay in the heart of Viseu!

Had a lovely time at this neat hotel. Our room was comfy and clean, plus, the bar area was perfect for evening drinks. Marcia and the team were super helpful, giving us awesome tips for exploring Viseu. Just wish there was more parking available. it got tight sometimes.

The excellent location allows for easy access to the town center, perfect for an evening stroll among the beautifully lit buildings and fountains. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a lovely balcony. Breakfast was abundant with variety, highlighting locally caught fish. The attentive staff provided excellent recommendations, enhancing the experience greatly. However, parking was limited at times, and the air conditioning could have been more efficient.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist, who gave us solid food recommendations. Plus, the breakfast buffet had so much variety, and we got to try some local pastries that were simply delicious.
